Chinese market has started picking up showing some drawback in the indian sector as indian manufacturing is just 3% ckmpared to chinese manufactoring of 31% in global index. Indian markets will have some knee jerks but will survive and rise up as 40% of indian companies have reasonably valued at a good level with strong profits. IPOs and overvalued stocks will suffer. So do not bulk buy and just do SIP in undervalued/resonably valued stocks via mutual funds, ETFs, Gold and stocks

Yes, good time to accumulate if the valuation is reasonable, but avoid companies having too much exposure in micro-financing loans,(spandana sphoorty is hit because of delinquencies in MFI loans)for now I find only Manappuram and Bajaj Finance(not as attractive as Manappuram) to be better bets. Else wait for few more months(1-2 to quarters), MFI loan issuing companies like AU small finance, equitas, spandana, jana, bandhan will be available at better valuation you can buy them then

In my individual Opinion, never access to loans unless your need is emergent. As of today FD's offer 8.5 to 9% & some secured bonds offer 9.5 to 10% P.A. Loan interest will always be north of 11%. It's not good. Always invest in stock markets after 20-30 correction in index. Alternatively, invest in real estate plots on TIER 2 cities or buy big land parcels in TIER 2 cities. The bigger the land, the better it is because appreciation & ROI in the long run is better if size of land is large.
