Hi sir.. Copayment is you always pay a particular amount for each episode of care. Neenga sonnadhu Deductible. Deductible is the first amount to be spent by customer before policy benefits starts.

I suggest going for reimbursement instead of cashless if you have the cash handy. Almost all hospitals add unnecessary tests and expenses if you go for cashless because it isn't exactly your money you are spending, so they know that the chances of you going and questioning them is low. Which isn't the case if you pay with cash and get it reimbursed later. I've always done this - if you can afford to spend first, then please do that.
