Bill. thank you ... your teaching style is so nice... I have a question about casting. when I cast, the first row creates LONG strings between stitches and it becomes so difficult to go through the first row. from second row it is okay. what is wrong with my casting?

I'll be happy to help. Which cast on are you using where the long string between stitches is happening? I'm guessing it's some sort of long tail cast on?
