Haha.. Robert you will be surprise China is no longer doing what you said. My China R&D factory where I worked under the costing team, they didnt take suggestion positively. In fact, I believe the ang mo can take negative comment but to change is another "option".

americans are very open to suggestions - but whether they heed the suggestion is like you said...... I dont think they can divest the fabrication.
