Where do you buy the bushings?

Do you need to do anything to the shifter on the inside to drop that linkage for the harder bushing under the pipe?

for the bushing under the shifter the only thing you need to do is remove the two bolts holding the bushing up. After that, it should just pop off. Now, putting the new one back on is gonna be a b**ch! I have yet to find the easiest way to get it back onto the rod but I've seen two instances where they start to get it in from the top, use two hands to pull it downwards towards the ground and it just pops in. IDK if thats the easiest way but it looked pretty simple. Just need enough arm strength to do it.
