If I have to open the virtual computer to get tally data, why should I do this,I can share the connected Excel itself from virtual computer to my computer.

Hi! This feature is basically given to exchange Tally data with third party apps like bizanalyst and credflow etc., so that Tally data can be seen on mobiles devices. Regards, Anita.
