I assume you mean Computer Vision right? If so, they've now built that into PowerApps. You'll see that option under AI Builder in make.powerapps.com. Let me know what you're trying to accomplish and I can better respond too.

Thanks for your reply..Actually I trained my image classification model in Azure Service know as Custom vision not Computer vision. Basically, In my custom vision project I trained my model for tags that is related to retail domian in Custom vision itself. So I want an application that will return me tag by capturing the image and say yes it is belongs to Men clothing with its probabilty value.for ex: it will say that I'm 90 % sure that this picture belongs to men clothing. I hope you understand my point...Actually I'm beginner of Powerapp.

What type of warning lights? Sounds like you want to analyze pictures of lights and be notified when you see a warning light?If so, then yes, you can do that.

@@PragmaticWorks Thanks, I want to monitor a vehicle instrument panel and be notified when one of the warning lights come on, in real time, over many hours. Can this be done with an ordinary camera or does it require machine vision camera ? Thanks
