Awesome build! Just a suggestion; idk about facing the ballpark towards the highway. I would’ve faced it toward the River. The university likely would not want to be liable for a home run being hit onto the highway and causing an accident; especially since it’s a college stadium so it’s easier to hit the ball wayyyyy out of the park. Guys have monster power these days; just a thought. Awesome build though

To add on to this. I’m not sure if Top Golf is only an American establishment, but I would assume that the baseball stadium would have a massive net guarding the highway similar to Top Golf. I’m not saying it’s realistic, but since Sanctum said the university was built pretty early in the development of Thando. I think it’d be safe to assume the stadium was built prior to the highway and the planners would have levied to pay for a net to be installed rather than the school pay for one. Because if we were to assume the stadium was built post highway construction, the outfield would be required to face anywhere but the highway.

Fantastic work SG. Watching all the pedestrians walk all the way around and down the car park when you popped the athletics stadium down, though - probably need some more footpath connections. Love that baseball stadium facing the highway. Maybe some of those bit net tower fence thingies might be in order to help cut down traffic accidents? 😁

I think overall I prefer Nomasburg because i prefer hearing your commentary instead of reading it. I'd be curious to know what your planning process is - do you just find buildings that fit the spot and make it up as you go, or do you already have a good idea of what'll be where when you start building?

It's a combination of both. Depending on how complex a build is, I will plan it in detail in advance, like the airport. Something like the Campus was a high level plan and then the buildings use are placed where they best fit relative to the ones I've already placed.

The city doesn't have a developed metro yet. I want to dedicate a live stream to doing that. Once done, will connect it to the university for sure.
