The right hip will be prone to reverting back to anterior rotation unless the ipsilateral QL is released first. Also TFL should be tested which if hypertonic can be responsible for for both axial hip rotation and lack or ROM in thoracic and hip rotation. Releasing these two muscles first will give much longer corrective hold, therefore less chance of her cranium /c1 translation returning.
