DISCLAIMER:
Do not come away from my video thinking that Intel 10nm CPUs are infallible. Degradation has occurred, can occur, and absolutely will occur under the right circumstances. You’ll find videos on my channel dated between December and January of 2023 in which I reference the numerous cases of Raptor Lake degradation that myself and other enthusiasts were aware of, even as early as 2 months into the life span of the architecture.
What I am trying to get across is that this degradation situation is not some mystical event that no one saw coming. Many of us knew this was possible and were taking active steps to mitigate its occurrence on our own systems, and on those of others. Many people didn’t take these warnings seriously. If your chip suffered degradation - get an RMA. Please do not go online trying to scare people - that just makes you an arse.
Side Note:
I'm not sure what the exact value of the ASUS Typical Scenario AC_LL is, but it's roughly 50 milliOhm as mentioned in the video. Either way, it's like half of Intel's Fail Safe.
