It can be bcs the GPU has x8 lanes while is working on 3.0 revision, u will need 5600x to get that PCIE 4.0 but i am not 100% sure, u need to first check your drivers and os, and the game if isnt original.

I bought this card in a ready-made system. It barely lasted 5 months. It is a terrible card. It gets very hot, consumes a lot of power and cannot give good performance.

Yes but check 1440p ultra with fsr 3 q u will see that u can have also 30fps, performances are not balanced, with lower settings bcs power i get less framerate, thats how ue5 is working on intel arcs.
