The Marvel Rivals crash is caused by Rivatuner getting detected by the Anticheat assuming it is the same crash I had testing the card

so this GPU is weird so far ive seen 6 separate tests and one thing stands out. the card does worse displaying 1080p graphics using MOST settings but does better at 1440p with the same settings. I dont understand it but it seems to have something to do with the specific type of gpu cores they choose.

it also needs a decent mid range cpu not a budget one or older cpu. my 5600x is a huge bottleneck.

Fact : If you need to use an oculink , you are better off with an matx / itx.

@@butchandmungo price of the cable + dock. at that point, that setup is messier and takes similar space to an ITX build with a case that can barely that gpu, and you get to use the whole power of that card

Fact, some people have leftover gpus from other builds. A dock might be much cheaper and more feasible for living room or bedside gaming. 😉

Please also include the results for the respective games running without frame gen. Plenty people can't play with it on because the latency can make you feel almost sea sick. I'd rather play at 40 FPS than at 100 with frame gen

I'm not sure it was a cpu bottleneck during the CS2 benchmark. Isnt CPU utilization typically pinned at 100% when the cpu is bottlenecking performance? CS2 isnt a particularly hard game to run. Looking at PUBG, you can see the cpu has similar utilization, and yet the gpu is actually running at around 100%. I didnt see any of these games pin the CPU. Black ops did have a high CPU utilization, but it still wasn't pinned to 100%

I have a closely similar setup. GMKTec K8 + 4060 8GB Oculink. Have you tried using Frame Generation from a program called "Lossless Scaling"?

I think most of the low 1% low problems are caused by the oculinks low bandwith with only 4 of 8 PCIe lanes. In normal and perfect scenarios the low bandwith isn't noticable, but when the GPU needs to get serveral times CPU support and Direct IO to the NVME 4 lanes are at their limit very fast.
