Dude if anyone wanting to have a good pc don't get the 1650 it already struggles at 1080p, the 2k resolution monitors are cheap already and get a better graphics card like 2060 and up.

The GTX 1630 is about as good as a 1050 so Its not great since you can still get a 1050ti

The 2nd m.2 works just like any other m.2 slot, the speed is dependant on the chipset and decision of the manufacturer. In this case, the 2nd m.2 slot only has a PCIe 3.0x2 connection while the top m.2 slot has a PCIe 3.0x4 slot. This difference effectively halves the maximum bandwith compared to the 1st slot.
