Really nice. Was thinking of whether or not these algorithms could be ported to Verilog and run on FPGA board, and what the performance difference would be - if any better, but ... even if not, that would be step 1 towards an ASIC for denoise - I bet that would sell like hotcakes. All gaming boards would likely have a denoise asic included since raytracing is getting into the gaming realm on high end equipment.
