just a few tips to study frm a psychology student : 1. follow PQRST method ; P - Preview , Q - Question , R - Read , S - Self-recitation , T - Test 2. dont be asleep the whole night ; study shows that u will not able to recall all the things u studied while asleep bcuz u lose your energy by being an owl all night studying , so rest for atleast for 6 hours in night 3. make " keywords " ; study your words qith keywords.. 4. method of LOCI ; use some sort of materials which is interconnected to the object u r trying to remember.. 5. forgetting ; - due to disuse trace :- use some sort of trace for the word / sentence to be remembered - due to interference :- the thing we try to remembee may be forgetten by the interference bcuz we try to store many thing at a time so we can not concentrate after a couple of minutes , so relax before studying and give some break to enjoy yourself inbetween the study sessions.. - due to retrieval failure :- because at the time of recall , eithee the retrieval cues are absent or they are inappropriate 6. practise the thing ( of u r trying to learn a skill ) 7. try reinforcement method ; - positive reinforcement :- adding an additional thing to make out a positive change - negative reinforcement :- removing an already existing thing to make out a positive change hope it helps you ♡

Excellent video :) One thing I've noticed when learning is that when you have a question or a task that makes you feel stupid, that's when real learning and growth happens. I used to succumb to insecure emotions at that point and that's just your brain trying to protect from perceived pain. Now I've learned to embrace and actually look forward to the "stupid moment" in my work as I know that's when I grow and improve.

Bro I tried to do everything in this video, its just that when I come back from school at 3:30, I feel too tired to do anything and I can't think at all. And if I try to take a nap, I end up sleeping till 6. Only time my focus is optimum is from 8-12 pm. I can actually lock in then. Either that time or any other time when everyone else is asleep.
@WakeuptorealitymanАй бұрын
Then simply study in that time if that is your zone of genius.
@ShristiSingh-b4w25 күн бұрын
@snapbacktoreality_1If you're facing challenges, start managing your time effectively. Here's a plan based on whether you're a morning or night person: Morning Person After returning home at 3:30 PM, freshen up and dedicate 4:00-5:30 PM for exercise, walking, or running. Enjoy free time from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, including dinner. Sleep early and set your alarm for 1:00 AM (ensuring 6 hours of sleep). Freshen up and start studying. Your mind will be relaxed, making it easier to concentrate. Include black coffee at 6:00 AM, then proceed with your regular school day. Night Person After returning home, freshen up and sleep early (around 10:00-11:00 PM). Wake up refreshed and start studying from 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Include exercise or walking/running around 6:00 AM, then proceed with your regular school day. By aligning your routine with your natural energy peaks, you'll be more productive and focused.

im a car guy. so,for some reason,i take motivation from cars. let me expand.take the dodge challenger for example.its a classic muscle car with a v8 under the hood,and from that those revs just fuels up my adrenaline. when i feel like not studying,i just hear its sound on full volume.and since it has serious power,it feels like you have wayy more potential than you think.like you aren't using your full power. if there is someone like me,i wanna know if this is common.😅

I have some tips too while studying. So if you study a paragraph or something, write it down on a paper or any rough book (that is not your school notebook). If you forget something than only write what you remember and with this way you can learn faster just like bro said test yourself!. Another one : if your studying a long, boring paragraph in some subject like history, sociology, politics etc. Make the paragraph into a little pictures in a notebook. People always remember photos and pictures more than words. Honestly this method saved me alot in exam times. And just like bro said in video "makr study fun" like this.
