So, should I still do it on MVP level or wait and prepare so I can launch it in a way when I launch I can do it for long term and with full potential ..?

If your "idea" or business model can easily be copied then it seems your business model don’t have any entry barrier. Also there are high chances that hardly anyone will copy your idea and sidetrack you. Investors or VC does not bet on idea, they bet on the man behind the company, i.e the execution capability. Even if someone comes and copies your business model, there are ways to fight and establish market share. First mover advantage does not last long, fast mover will always be the winner. Untill you have done proper market research and surveys about your potential product, you can never be sure it will work untill MVP stage. Even after building your MVP, you will have to test it out in a small customer base and get as much feedback as possible. Based on those itinital feedback you will understand whether the business model is sustainable in the long run or not and also what necessary changes will need to be done to the product in the next phase.
