Great job! Very nice overview. It would be great to have a "how to video or guide" on setup the counters with the capacity, total, and remaining tasks. Like, how do I add and setup all these widgets on the board (e.g., story points, people, etc.).

Will Pane boards have separate authorisation rules or is there 1 authorisation rule for 1 Pane? I can imagine a team’s retrospective board to be a safe space that the team doesn’t want shared with stakeholders for example.

@@TimSchraepen The Spaces sidebar doesn't affect existing board sharing and permission logic. You can have private boards by creating them outside a Space (on a team level) and sharing it with individual users only. Alternatively, you can create a board in a Space that only select users are members of (Space shouldn't be visible to the entire team). Let me know if that answers you question.

21:12 you'll need more than a few minutes to understand what the AI created for you before you present it (because you didn't create it), or you could get the AI, the creator, to present it for you? and the stakeholders will then get a summary from their AI's... oh hell, we might as well just get the AI's to create everything while we all sit on beaches. it'll just be a beach of people who haven't tried to create something as they'll just accept what is the least offensive, most agreeable creation. if there's any an arguement for using AI as only as automation, rather than relying on it to 'create' for you, it would be this app. this is surely created for people who don't have the ability to create, like business people. this is not for creators.

What is the confidence interval of the summaries by the AI? What if the takeaway i get from a summary of someones input is not precisely what they were saying. Or the priority is not correct? That can affect a relationship and even make you look silly in the future. You could be like but your input in x meeting was this...and then they disagree. I think this is amazing what you are doing but what about any problems - we all know AI is far from perfect and can be wrong - i think transparency would be your best approach in this area.

23:00 "it looks like we've received a ton of great feedback on the board" then proceeds to not read any of them by opting for an AI summary. there are a lot of nuances people put into their comments, and it'd be great if you spent the time to actually read them rather than an AI summary. I understand the need for summaries of long-arse books, because you "don't have the time" but comments are already short by nature, why would you need a summary of them? comments are a conversation. with summaries of a conversation, you'll give out a bland reaction to a bland summary. read their comments, out of courtesy if anything
