What an amazing resource. I was researching the ligaments in the elbow, one of my family members asked for relief. This is a great technique + insight on where to find the source of pain. The belly of the muscle is where to focus. Thank you @Dr. Eric Smith

Yes sir! That is where the muscle typically contracts the most. Thank you for the comment!

Hi, Dr Smith excellent video, it describes my pain to a tea and the same as Ryan Millars bicep problems also, my question is how often should you have this treatment done over a week? My work had been treating me is way for over 6 weeks only once a week and strait after treatment star work, I am a slicer of meat in an abattoir , and I have had no improvement with it, but it is the same symptoms, Thanks Wes.

Hey Wesley! Thank you for commenting. I would normally have a patient in 2-3x a week as well as do the muscle release to help this. Perhaps there may be some more therapies that need to be added. Hope it gets well soon

I have lateral epicondylitis but I can't find a chiropractor in my area that does scraping. Is it common to also have a constant ache in bicep? It's a constant ache that hurts just as badly as the area you treated on this vid.
@myoptimalhealthchiro4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ryan! If you cannot find a Chiropractor look into a Physical Therapist. Also try lightly stretching the forearm muscles, triceps and biceps before and after your workouts.

P.s.. You and the hood doctor should be friends
