Silly little update, but since I started watching this video the first time to now, I feel like there literally has been a huge shift in my life for the better. I'm a skeptical person with a mother who taught me to be open-minded, and when I decided to really branch out and try reiki, it was almost out of rebellion of my old, in-the-box self. I put you on my dresser and stood in front of you and kinda rotated my body as needed. I felt a lot of energetic shifts throughout this session. My mind was so curious and found your behavior mysterious and interesting. At the same time I was just breathing deeply and allowing my body to relax.
