Great video and got some good ideas for my sessions. One thing I would suggest is that your keepers might try using a cross over step for quicker feet movement when making longer moves across the goal and use the small side to side steps for shorter distances. Crossover step can cover bigger distances quicker 😀

This depends on factors such as periodization or whether it’s an isolated session or as a part of team training. This type of session would go 60-75 mins.
