The thing with aamon is that his combo only works on one hero, he can only kill mm or mage then he needs to wait it out in a teamfight, whereas current meta assassins can burst down the enemy team. Aamon focuses on single target so in teamfights it’s pretty hard to even get close to the back line.

I go right behind the enemies and just let my team defend base and wait for an out of position enemy and with full burst build i can kill them and then go back to base to help defense

Good combo can work on at least two if you do it right. Target one to get your stacks up, then one shot the squishy one with your ult then finish of the other with the enhanced basic attack from the ult

Well, yes, Aamon focuses on a single hero, like Helcurt, who's also off-meta. Although Helcurt deals way less damage coz one of those shards from Aamon's ult can take half off of a fighter's hp.

Aamon is pretty balanced, very mediocre early game with slow jungle clearing, mobility majorly nerfed but once reaches mid to late game, his dmg truly skyrockets and with good timing u can always take down even enemies with athena shield right when the shield goes down. Definitely not as good as meta assassins but just good enough for any soloq players who just can’t always trust their team like betosky here xd

Radiant Armor counters almost half of all his damage. And also yes, his gap closing is very bad making him very vulnerable. The moment he took damage, his invisibility is gone, people can just jump into his ass and kill him

Aamon can deal a lot of surprising damage in mid game with 2 core items. Some people tend to neglect on magic defense thinking they could tank an ulti but that’s only if you’re fed and not below 40% hp

A tip for Aamon, you can basic attack 3 times using his enhanced basic attack until it goes away, so use your skills by the end of that duration for more damage and shard for his ultimate

Yeah, he's really versatile. Just remember to not use one combo the entire game. My Julian did that and got fked so hard by the enemy's every single time coz the enemy took the immune dash combo while he did the airborne one. Yeah, I was playing classic, trying out a build on an unrelated hero.

For 1v1 use Skill 2 combo for burst damage For 1v2 use Skill 1 combo for that spell vamp For Teamfights use skill 3 combo for cc and burst. Depend on the situation really,it's just been 24 hrs since its release ppl will take time to master it

If you are playing a mobility lacking hero and are going against a fanny, sprint sometimes works better than flicker at juking her. With flicker you can flicker to the other side of a wall but it has too high cd, so support emblem is recommended if you pick flicker. Sprint has a lower cd and if you are good at side stepping, it can work and you can get a better emblem

The problem with most players today tend to ignore using heroes that have CC and would rather use a support hero which would rather make the game more difficult. Not all games can be won using support heroes but you'll never get wrong using CC heroes. People just tend to pick support just for support sake which is rather a lazy way to play the game.
