The Fairdale tornado footage is pure nightmare fuel...Thanks for video!
@Ohkay5613 Жыл бұрын
At the 5 second mark you can see a whole house get picked up then shredded into peieces while still in the air. Crazy how that rather narrow funnel contained so much power.

2:50 if the tornado doesn't move or its growing it means its heading towards you

Most people (like this guy) are put into shock and can't move and are completely memorized by tornadoes heading to them, this is a really big reason we see videos of people getting hit

That Fairdale Illinois tornado is scary. It was so quiet until it was right there, too late to take cover if you didn't know what was coming.

I've been on a a road where a tornado had passed several minutes before. I've been in supercells that produced wall clouds twice before... (where the tornado would form) I've seen a tornado damaged town where lives were lost. But regardless of all that, I've still never seen an actual tornado. Only supercell thunderstorms produce tornadoes.

That Katie wynnewood is always crazy to watch. If you start at 2:35 and watch that power pole get sucked across the road like a feather. Very scary stuff

In my opinion, the first clip of the Andover tornado (1991) is the best version because of the news as it happened being heard in the background.
@Ithaca-vv5dy Жыл бұрын
For that Katie, OK tornado, that has to be one of the most violent rotations I’ve ever seen on a single vortex tornado. Hands down. It looks like the footage is sped up
@ThatMeansHesMad Жыл бұрын
When the Jarrell, TX F5 was in its rope phase, it had a similarly violent rotation. Both very scary!

excellent. that first one in manitoba was some of the most violent spin i've ever seen. would love to see the whole vid
@deathbloom27 Жыл бұрын
You should watch a detailed video of it. It was a very strange tornado that actually looped back and circled a mill, hitting it TWICE. Nobody died in it, thankfully, I don't think it even injured anyone. But it was incredibly violent and powerful.

At 0:03, an Entire barn was picked up and thrown several feet by this small twister, and the house falls apart as it's hitting the ground. Never estimate a tornado by it's size.

The Elie, Manitoba and Wynnewood, Oklahoma tornadoes looked like they were alive. And they clearly were in a hurry.

The wynnewood EF-4+. It reminds me of Jarrell F5. (Not the funnel but Simply the Rear inflow jet) intensity. Right as it was over the subdivision. It did this exact same thing. Btw not all tornadoes are equal and it’s not common in my experience to see the rear inflow jet condensed. It’s usually 1 out of 10 or more.
