People visit Nairobi airport and wonder why a top tourist destination like Kenya has such a poorly maintained airport, and a careless ruinous transportation sector. He has the education maybe, and experience... somewhat, but like every other African leader, he has poor managerial skills. No amount of education can fix such deficit. The tribalism in Kenya is beholden to the Jomo Kenyatta and Moi era remnant generation that is Ruto and his kin and most of Kenya's current political class.
