She spent time there purifying the air for the fissure folk and saving the city from past disasters. Something like 6k years of history behind Janna.

Sevika didn't get nerfed. She has the "Hex" stuff imbedded in her cheek from the explosion from S1 and Cait was using the hextech glitching to hurt her. Plus, she no longer uses shimmer as an stat booster

It really doesn't matter. Caitlyn was literally holding the rifle far longer than she had it pressed up against Sevika, and yet she wasn't electrocuted. Even though we saw her drop it earlier becuase it singed her hand (even Vi was screaming in pain from the guantlets). Cait shouldn't have been able to stand after that. Grant it, she was wobbling and struggling to keep balance, but her hands should've been burned.

Cait is justified in her anger toward Jinx but then she's also engaging in chemical warfare on the Lanes at large.

The choir chants are ancient shuriman, (Janna's maiden continent). It says that they have no fear in crossing the turbulent seas as janna is with them.

😅Singed is the Professor in season 1 who worked for Silco to create Shimmer. In the epilogue when Powder intervened using the bomb to safe her family she also caught singed. Caitlyn did technically miss as when she shot off jinx's finger she was trying to kill her and shes emotionally unstable and the hextech weapons were malfunctioning so Vi was absolutely right to stop her from shooting since there was a decent chance she hit the innocent kid. Another thing with Caitlyn is that one of the main reasons she’s such a good shot is because she’s calm and at that moment she wasn’t (which is ofc valid). Caitlyn also used poisonous gas that her mother didn't want in the undercity as she wanted them to be able to breathe showing how shes really going down a dark path. This is just my take and I respect everyone opinion on this😭

So... the scientist with the wolves is the person who created shimmer. The mutation is the way he created shimmer. It has nothing to do with the arcane (as far as we know). Heimerdinger's stories with the arcane are older than piltover. He created piltover 300 years ago to escape the arcane. That scientist (singed) is a normal human life (maybe 60 years old). So probably nothing to do with the arcane, but i guess we will see what he is doing. (The knowers of the game have some ideas of what he is doing, but no clue if they are going to change the lore)

I hate to say it, but three episodes in, the second season feels like a step down from the brilliant first one. Arcane was such a strong show because the writing worked on a deep, almost intimate, interpersonal level between the main characters. Second season zooms out and delivers a weirdly paced exposition dump, held together by montages devoid of dialogue. At times, it even gave me flashbacks to watching late-night MTV "back in the day," as some parts felt like over-produced music videos. What really takes a hit this season is the pacing. Everything happens at breakneck speed, leaving little time for proper development, all while throwing loads of new characters at the audience. There's barely any buildup or time in between, and the characters jump to new locations seemingly out of nowhere, ready to have what is supposed to be one of the most anticipated confrontations. Overall, Act 1 of Season 2 is not good. It's extremely chaotic, the pacing is far too fast, the music and art styles feel inconsistent, and the characters lack coherence.
