These are how many plants I initially seed out for the season. I may have added to these plants as the season went on, but it would only have been a few additional plants. (I'm a sucker for plants and can hardly ever pass them up when I see them for sale - even when I don't need any)
Planted 35 pounds seed potato; Yieled 354 lbs.
Planted 100 tomatoes; Yielded 360 lbs.
Planted 12 Eggplants; Yielded 115 lbs.
Planted 34 peppers; Yielded 198 lbs.
Planted 32 Butternut & Spaghetti Squash; Yielded 75 lbs.
Planted 16 Cantaloupe; Yielded 426 lbs.
Planted 24 Watermelon; Yielded 660 lbs.
Planted 48 Summer Squash; Yielded 236 lbs.
Planted 24 Okra; Yielded 314 lbs.
