These so called junior doctors too are not holier than thou. Beside clueless soft protest, they are doing INDI politics parallelly by outcasting and blaming BJP. Bcoz most of these doctors are either from different lobby of TMC's students wing itself, or they are member of leftist student wing. That's why they ridiculously demanded Police commissioner's resignation but not the Police minister, or the Health minister or chief minister. As if all these accused policemen, doctors, public servants did everything on their own without acknowledging respected department's ministers or even the chief minister. 🤡 And the most important part is, the name of the person of these ministries are the same, Mamta Banerjee, the head of the TMC party 🙂

The CBI and Supreme Court are dragging their feet in this SERIOUS CASE. The deliberations lack FOCUS, DIRECTION and INTENT. Under such circumstances, the best way out is to seek the Governor's intervention to :request the President to DISSOLVE the STATE ASSEMBLY and enforce PRESIDENTIAL RULE in Bengal This is the best way out, under the present circumstances. We are not putting any pressure on the CBI and Supreme Court BUT THIS CASE SEEM TO BE GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES

I don't know why this CJI was so kind hearted to do Suo moto and take over the case from Kolkata HC, he should have not interfered in this matter at all. Kolkata HC was doing excellent. My assessment is the court will not accept evidence from altered sites so criminals sre already saved. Please be clear The victim will not get justice . Don't be under the impression that SC will order lower courts to accept evidence from altered site. Actually, the SC proceedings are a big relief for Mamataji . CBI is helpless. Let us focus on other security issues. Even IAS officer's wife is raped and Mamata ji does not take action 11 women MPs of TMC and 29 women MLAs of TMC do not support the IAS officer's wife, a rape victim. Rapists-murderers received a platform in the highest court, and long-duration hearings, represented by rich advocates, while millions of the poorest class, senior citizens, pensioners, and middle class have been waiting indefinitely for a date, hearing, and judgment. Indians have not lost trust in the judicial system. Democracy is in their blood Rich advocates are getting judgments at lightning speed. The problem is WB voters. In 2024, when Sandesh Khali tribal women were raped, humiliated and their husbands were driven out of the tribal villages, WB voters did not support tribal women but voted for TMC. The 2022, rape-murder and burning of body criminals have been acquitted.. But WB voters elected 11 TMC women MPs and 29 women MLAs. Did any woman MP or MLA support the victim or women doctors? There will be rape and murder again and again. Judiciary is their relief by prolonging trial and ultimately implenting penalty if convicted, after 15-20 years.Please understand that 15-20 years is the timeline for imposing penalty by judicial system. State government will find out different ways, to deliver justice In Teluguana, TN, Maharashtra, UP, MP, and Delhi, too rapists - murderers have faced death in police custody due to their criminal attempt to attack police, 😢and the cases are closed in reasonable time.
