This doesn't help...the water must recirculate continuously. The water heats up and it doesn't cool as efficient as running cold hose water and dumping out the hot water ....

No a consistant test due to the water in the system heating up as you make continouse passes.

That would be an issue of the system as a whole, not just the intercooler by itself.

whats the point in this test? no intercooler runs on an engine with fresh water and dumping the hot water straight out. It needs to recirculate for a more accurate test

I think this is a good test. Most people will ice the water before a pass. I'm impressed with the temperature delta
