People already invested all savings they had in the real estate wether it was a plot or with some builder selling per sq feet in their multi story. Bank interest went high and when they wanted to cash to put it back in the banks they were not getting offers as there was no buyer with money left. They got stuck in the real estate and they still want to sell out like me and my family but no offer with good return. No of projects in rwp isb is equal to the no of buyers in the market these days. Dealers are exaggerating to make money again. I remember this guy 2 years back asking people to invest now in dha phase 5 or time will not come back. Who believed him 2 years back are stuck now. Just give him a call and ask him to sell your plot with profit he predicted for you 2 years back in 6 months.
