Very well elaborated. Particularly, it's main avenue and commercials around the avenue will be a great success. As this avenue will be used not only by Margalla Enclave but also by Bahria Enclave and Park View City residents, as well. Considering the fact that Bahria Enclave is already very much developed with thousands of families already living there. It will make this commercial area an instant hit. In my opinion, this commercial area around the main avenue will mature much earlier than the residential areas of ME.
