Expalined very well. I am having a doubt on the Interest rate swap. If A has a loan of $50000 $ and wants it fixed, he has floating SOFR-4%. B has a loan of $50000 $ fixed which is 7% want floating . A and B exchanged the swap. A has to pay 7% to B, and B has to pay 4% of SOFR. The balance of 3% is profit to B, right? Can you tell me in what situation A can earn profit?
