from the example you gave for forward hedging here, I understand that it is the concept is same as that of forward contract you explained earlier, so what exactly is the difference between forward hedging and forward contract?

Hedging is used to mitigate risk. E.g - mr. A goes for a forward contract then he has locked the price but reduced the risk. Scenario 2 if Mr. A goes for a future contract he can adjust the price accordingly and risk is reduced. Ma'am just used the forward hedge example to explain
