Case of weight =/= more explosive matter. While the Tallboy and Grand Slam did have impressive payloads, they were effectively 'AP bombs' like you'll find on some naval aircraft (they penetrate something, then explode). The thing they are penetrateing in this case being the earth itself and sending a rather impressive shockwave to damage/destroy especially hardy targets like submarine pens and bunkers. In terms of raw explosive matter though, I believe the 12k lb bomb in this video is already superior.

Not a Tallboy!!! Bomb shown here is a Bomb Aircraft 12,000lb HC (High Capacity) Blast Bomb. It was a light case bomb like the 4000lb HC (Cookie) bomb with 70% of the weight being explosive. It was mainly used by 617 Squadron from September 1943 onwards until they got the Bomb Aircraft 12,000 MC (Medium Capacity) AKA the Tallboy in June 1944.

Warspite then went on to provide coastal bombardment until the end of the war, suffering damage from a mine as well. That’s not just coastal patrol by any stretch. Tirpitz on the other hand did nothing but sink after being hit with Tallboys. The earlier air attacks in the fjords where she took damage meant she was relegated to a giant, poorly defended AA platform for the Tallboys to sink.

The grand old lady really refuses to sink even with all the damage she took throughout her service both from the germans and from the amount of ships and rocks she collided with memory is murky since it's been a while since I read the grand old lady's history.
