Assalāmu ‘alaykum Brother, I have a question regarding the Study In Saudi portal application. I tried applying for a few weeks but it doesn’t go past the 1st stage. It says: “You cannot create request out of submission period limits, Please withdraw the request.” What does this mean? How do I resolve this issue. Jazakallahu Khairan.
