As far as I see it, you could theoretically also make the BSoD green in normal win 10 (regedit -> Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl -> DWORD -> DisplayPreReleaseColor (1)) and the other way around DisplayPreReleaseColor (0) to make it blue in Preview Versions... but why would you need to do that :P

I removed some preinstalled things and then I had to reinstall Windows because for example virtualbox stopped working because of corrupted Windows files error... I found online info about virtualbox that it checks for Windows files consistency to prevent malware activity and when find out that some file are modified/missing/corrupted then returns an error and stop working and then every time you have to run virtual machines in headless mode to force it to work...

2. Back in the late 90's I saw the retail mode of an Apple Mac. I bought a Mac that was meant to be new from a shop.
