The vermicelli noodles reminds me of this noodle dish my mother made. Its a filipino soup called Sotanghon with vermicelli noodlee and usually there is chicken in it. Its delicious

You should see if you have a Asian/international supermarket in your city. I have one near me and get all sorts of imported foods that no other grocery store has. Including a variety of ramen noodles and self heating meals.😊

I wish the instant noodles in my area came with chopsticks. I feel so weird eating them with a fork. My favorite comes with vegetables and a packet of Teryaki sauce that makes the broth really savory. I can't handle spicy food very well, but Nissin, the company that makes it also makes a spicy version that sells quite well at the grocery store that I work at.
