ng 1. Let us find those that contain 2 and higher numbers. 12=2+3+7 12=2+4+6 Let us now find sums that contain 3 and higher numbers. 12=3+4+5. All other sums of three numbers can not total to 12. Each of the seven sets of cards can be rearranged 3! times. The result is then 7*3!=42.
