INTERIOR CS KINDIKI PROMOTES KENYA PRISON OFFICER AFTER RECITING A MOVING SPOKEN WORD

Ministry of Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Prof. Kithure Kindiki instantly promotes a Kenya Prison Officer, Erick Kibuchi, from a Prison Constable to a Corporal after reciting a moving spoken word talking about the life of uniformed officers at Mwea GK Prison in his familiarization visit. He was accompanied by the State Department for Correctional Services Principal Secretary Mary Muthoni Muriuki, Commissioner General of Prisons, Brig (Rtd) John Warioba, Secretary Probation and Aftercare Services Mary Mbau, Kirinyaga Deputy Governor David Githanda Wachira, Mwea MP Mary Maingi among other senior government officers.
