This is an excellent design. Most apartments/condominiums don't have nearly enough space even in the west. This place maximizes storage and uses other concepts to keep the main living area open, light and non-cluttered. This redesign gets a 10/10 for functionality and looks. I don't live in a condominium (self owned) but I don't think most people in the west spend this kind of money in renovating an existing space. I like how Singaporeans are willing to do this.
