You could turn the ashtray holes in the interior quarter trim into lighting.

I was also trying to come up with a way that those could be enlarged for speakers. Bad location for speakers but a thought.

Door panels and clips are a real pain. I hope you have figured it out.

Oh those little things just don't like me. But as much as I complain about them they really do an excellent job of staying in place. Just not fun for the next guy.

Betsy did not have ashtrays in the rear panels. Rear seat ash tray was in the console.

The last time this car was registered was in 82 or so. And I think they were probably jacked in there in the 70s by someone who smoked allot and had friends that did too. It is not allowed in or near anything we own.

Just found your channel and subbed. I have a 65 4speed that i've owned for 45 years that's sitting under a tarp.With the warm weather coming i 'm thinking of fixing it up. So i will be following you. Awesome. I appreciate it. I'm not the best at videos though. My goal is to just put out information for others to go off of and to put my rants about things in here and there. That paint store is jam packed full of inventory. Next time I make a trip up there I'm going to ask if they mind if I film inside. They also ship from their website as well. There will be some El Camino content in the near future. I'm hoping to get it over here soon. It's been stored at my parents for way too many years... It'll be a paint some mech work and get it sold.

That's very true. I also like to troll the purists that like everything original too. Thanks It was just a grab this i think it'll look ok kind of a deal. Yes it's 2:40am... It's soaking humid and the windows are open and I can't sleep. Won't get a good night sleep till winter when I can hibernate.

I don't remember ever seeing ash trays there in a Mustang. I remember ash trays in the arm rests on the convertibles, but not sure on the coupes. I think I have have a set of those that are not cut up somewhere.Like the interior color. Looks great.

I'll have to do some looking and figure out where those things came from. But really someone needed 2 in the back seat... That said if it wasn't done so badly I would convert them to USB power ports. Thanks I'm pretty happy with how the color turned out.
