I also hate clipping and too much messy clutter so I've resorted to finishing up my build and disabling/markfordelete'ing clutter. (Wait until you finish your build because like everything else it completely resets when you modify anything). I also set my cot to a larger size in my Deimos bedroom with setscale 1.3 lol.

It's so strange how everyone seems to care so much for storage crates. Every time I try and use one, I lose all my stuff. I only use the lodge to store anything unfortunately. I wish it weren't so. I used to use my home ship cargo, but now that I have a bunch of ships (that also disappear permanently), I can't trust a darn thing or decorate anything. YAY!
