Hi again, in another location in the hills.. the attic has a terrace... And the neighbours below are facing the trauma of leakage from roof.. The terrace has kota tiles which have been treated a couple of times with waterproof grouting. But that has done nothing... Don't know what to do

the external walls are tiled and paint on inside walls is the washable kind... And I'm seeing the cotton type effect on the walls inside. Now in fact I can see cement... Crumbly cement..Also when I touch it out keeps crumbling... I'm so depressed.. House was finished in 2019 .. But the problems started nearly immediately.. And I feel it is spreading.. Can you help
