One little detail I like that was kept consistent throughout the entire miniseries is how game-accurate the combat is. Chara uses sheer all around brutality and while Buddy is physically weaker she’s more likely to land a killing blow. Like when she ripped Betty’s jaw off or broke Kiwi’s neck. Those are all nice subtle examples of a “crit” and I think it’s a very under-appreciated detail.

I also like how buddy even has other skills like Armstrong style; like against hate you can see her use machine gun fist like brad uses, or agaisnt chara they use surprise attack (also you made me realize that while they are equally determined making them equal in the magic department they aren’t physically equal which is something I’ve been confused about but now I get it so thanks)

Wow Not gonna lie, i didn't expect such a great character development for Chara You didn't go for the goody two shoes "i'm not to blame, it's entirely the player's fault" Chara that IS sometimes forced upon people by a very vocal minority. But you did not go for the one note, emo psychopath that IS also often seen in fanon. You actually gave us 2 well developed chara (ST! Chara with that Amazing speech in the previous episode, and Interloper Chara) and i believe it's quite close to what Toby had in mind for Chara : a hateful messed up child that you Can either redeem, because "even the worst person Can change" or encourage in his hateful mindset because the purpose of life is to "eradicate the ennemy and become strong." I'm now picturing a fight between Kris, Snowgrave Noelle, and THE VOICE. They get ambushed by Noelle and Kris, Chara getting frozen in ice at the start of the fight. Despite it being 2 on 1, Buddy mainly fights Noelle. Her eyes look glassy and her movements puppet like. Kris merely says Proceed and Get it. Buddy attacks Kris, figuring they are in charge of it all. She manages to mortal wound Kris, and it seems to snap Noelle out of whatever was controlling her. Unfortunately, Kris grabs Buddy's shirt and pulls her close to whisper something. "It's not my voice." Kris collapses, and the VOICE speaks. "Proceed." The word chills Buddy to the core before Noelle freezes them as well. She awakens later to find most of her body still trapped in ice, Chara is in the same situation. Their heads are free and able to look around. Kris's body is nowhere to be found. Noelle sits nearby with bloody paws, holding to her chest and stroking a SOUL heart. The VOICE speaks. "Good Job Noelle." A creepy grin spreads across Noelle's face. The Soul slowly floats out of her hands and she watches it on her knees, enraptured by it. It shines a light on both Chara and Buddy, congratulating them on their accomplishments. Chara on surviving Snowgrave and Buddy managing to kill Kris. It also states one of them will serve well as a new vessel, however the light from the soul shines only on Buddy. Chara demands why they are being so quickly discarded, the light turns back to Chara. It states it has already used Chara as a vessel. Not only did it end up losing control over Chara, Chara fell abysmally short of its expectations. He had no need for a failure. But Buddy could grow Noelle's power further, given she managed to out maneuver Noelle. Noelle for the first time would look scared, the light of the soul quickly shines on her. However, the voice reassures her it is all okay. It was a failure to learn from, to grow STRONGER from. Buddy asks why use them as vessels when Noelle seems perfectly willing to be one (which does excite Noelle upon Buddy suggesting that.) The light swivels to Chara, stating they were why. Or some other version in another Timeline. Controlling Chara/Frisk had seemed to cap the power they could accumulate. While they grew enough power to break free of the Voice's control and control reality to an extent, the Voice was still greater. It could still wipe the slate utterly clean to remove Chara's influence. It wished to see if it could ascend a lesser life form to its level of being. Noelle was lining up to be that equal, it would state creepily as it shined its light on Noelle. It would not taint her with its control as it did Chara, but it did need a vessel to properly direct Noelle. Anyways, Chara somehow breaks free of their ice and frees Buddy as well (or maybe the other way around). The Voice rings out, calling on those that had wanted to be its vessel. Offering them a chance to serve. NEO Spamton pops up (much to the annoyance of the Voice), but still powers him up to capture Buddy. And so Buddy and Chara fight FREEDOM NEO SPAMTON and Noelle (who is back to her lifeless puppet trance). Spamton eventually start causing problems as he realizes he won't get to stay as the Vessel, either letting Buddy and Chara escape or defeat him and escape (resulting in another Deltarune secret boss taking Spamton's place).

This animation is if not, one of the best I have EVER seen. It's way too good. Better than I expected, but this was amazing! I can't put words into how perfect this animation is! Hot diggity dang this felt like an actual MOVIE!!! The characters, the dialogue, the ANIMATION, and the AMAZING story just came together so wonderfully. This whole thing took a long while to make(personally I’m surprised it didn’t take longer with the amount of hard work poured into it), but damn it was very much worth the wait.
