This is great! I'm an intermediate aerial student and I've been working on this for about a month now. Your explanation is fantastic! Our group calls the opposite hook into hip key an "angel climb" and I've been struggling with the connections between this climb style and the various wraps and drops that come off of it, but I think if I watch your video a few hundred times and practice maybe I'll figure it out. Thank you for the technical video!
