Hi Cara- Started your practices during co-vid. As a larger woman Chair Yoga helped so much After so much time it would be great if you could make another one that perhaps focuses on the lower back where all the weight sits. Your voice is very calming. TKU

After 5 months of Covid, my husband and I have been practicing 6 days a week, so happy to have a new intermediate class and hopefully you will make a few more. Thank you for keeping us moving!

Thanks you for your generosity in giving us this chair yoga. With Covid restrictions i was feeling so unfit and stiff all over unable to bend or climb stairs & devoid of energy or motivation. Thank you so much for this combination routine. I was looking for something that would combine standing and sitting, in a chair yoga routine. This was perfect! . Please make more videos like this, this was wonderful!

I must say that I enjoy your series of videos the most because they are clear and easy to follow. I work with adults who have disabilities and since Covid 19, we have been doing activities on Zoom. Our Zoom-based yoga class is very popular because we follow your videos. Just wanted to express my appreciation.

I absolutely love your exercise program. I enjoy your instructions but when I look at the girls their movements are in reverse to yours. I know what they're doing, but it is confusing to me. Again, thank you for your program

I have exercised with you for a long time and I love it, but I have one complaint. When you say right leg, they do left leg and it is very distracting to watch. I think I understand why you are doing this, but I wish you would change. Thanks again for these great excercises.

I enjoyed the video, but I did have a hard time following because the speaker was saying left and right and the girls were doing the opposite.
