Hi. Can anyone tell me how many chapters the N3 has in the book she is using? I am actually applying for work visa in Japan and though I've passed JFT (the equivalent of N4 required for getting a work visa), I want to improve my language further. So just want to know how many chapters there are so I can manage time accordingly

She is using Minna no Nihongo Intermediate level. There are two books of this level with 24 lessons, so there are 13 more lessons. By the way, the last 12 lessons of this level have much more vocabulary and grammar. Good luck with your visa. 頑張ってね。
