It isn't a bad idea shotgunner was just too good strong early game,strong mid game,it's just the late game where it fell off. So that's why they nerfed it so it's much worse cuz it's only like 2500 coins meanwhile tower like engi is 4500 gems and has strong early,strong mid and strong late game
