Hi Jessica- I would love if you made more "intermediate workout" videos of this length. This is the perfect "difficulty" level for me and I'd love to have more 20 minute routines to do with you! Thanks.

I spend most of my time sittnig infront a computer and then go on long hikes but that doesnt seem to help with the issues i gett from sitting too much, but these really do, so thank you, and the format is perfect and easy to follow along which make a difference.

This is definitely harder than the beginners, especially the plank position. However i do love how it makes me feel. I feel stronger and better, gonna keep doing this for another week until i get used to it. Thank you for making this video!!

This is a great 20-minute routine for beginners and students who are new to Pilates. The gentle pacing and detailed cues make it accessible for all levels. I recommend it for people who are trying to add variety to their home yoga practice.

You're absolutely phenomenal at this. I've taken classes and viewed Pilates workouts that irked me, not because of the exercises, but because the teachers were often a bit condescending. You bring yourself down to the viewer's level, and that really is admirable as well as comforting.

Thank you! I just discovered you. I started Pilates on the reformer back in December 2019, was going three times a week, getting stronger, and then BOOM! I love your instruction during the videos. Best online pilates instruction I have found. And I really loved hearing you talk about how you're surviving. Again...thanks!

Very nice workout. I had foot surgery recently, so I can’t do weight-bearing exercise. This is perfect for me, and I appreciate that you mention modifications, as I can’t do planks on my toes at the moment. Thanks for posting this and good luck with your channel.

Sidelined with patellar tracking issue and unable to run. Just discovered your videos during COVID-19 quarantine. I've always wanted to try pilates, but never had the time... Until now. Thank you for these videos! Hoping to strengthen vmo enough to be able to return to running soon.

i’m 6”1 250+ and i came in with the stigma on this probably most males have and i will tell you this worked me in a way i can’t explain and i absolutely love it. i have been regularly doing your workouts and i just went to intermediate and i’m falling in love with this.

I currently have to let my gym membership go. My aunt lost 15 pounds doing pilates at home. So I thought I'd try. Gym is fun but need to tone up a little more. Definitely enjoyed your workout. The crunch kicked my butt especially holding it halfway 😂

This is a great change of pace, I needed it today. I usually do a lot of high impact workouts and strength training, but, this is a wonderful alternative. Will make Pilates part of my rountine.

Hi Jessica! Thanks so much for the workouts. You make it less intimidating than some of the others out there. I have back and neck issues and I love that your PT background allows you to address the do's and don'ts as well as the actual physiology behind Pilates. I'm staying with you... :)

Honestly I wouldn't do anything that causes the pain and symptoms - your sciatic nerve will let you know if it doesn't like it ;)

I love this workout. It helps me a lot with my flexibility and toning. I have scoliosis and it's perfect and not overbearing nor to harsh. I've been using this excersises for a month now and my back and flexibility feels amazing. Thanks so much. Jessica. Wish I could talk with u more about it in email. Etc.

Hey, is it normal to have hip pain during the side planking? I do this workout on a yoga mat on a hardwood floor and it feels as though my hips are too bony and they hurt a lot side planking :(

During the splits and single leg stretches my hips were popping quite a bit. Is this normal?

IT's not "normal" necessarily but very common. Many times it can go away with time as you strengthen but I always recommend seeing a physical therapist if it's causing you pain!

I've used Pilates videos in the past where on the side leg series the legs are brought to the front corner of the mat. Is there a reason you didn't for these side leg movements?

Also, in the side work, I feel a strong pressure/pain in the side of my upper legs on the floor. It's like I'm pushing into a small rock.

You an do them either way! If you bring both legs forward to the front corner it gives you mild stability. When you bend your knees it is easier and gives more stability. Your choice!
