I am 60 years old and am now On trying my 4th pessary I have a bladder prolapse grade 1 to 2 No incontinence problem at all I used to run and really miss not being able to run Even though I have a pessary ring fitted I have been advised not to run So I am now thinking of going down the surgery route as I don't Want to have a pessary inside me for the rest of my life 😊

I was hit by a car 6 years ago and still walk with crutches because my ankle is screwed up. I still do some physio but want to increase my physical wellbeing. Your videos are great thank you. I'm in pain all day every day but since I started exercising 15 days ago, i feel so much better physically and mentally.

Love all your gentle pilates and stretching videos. 2021 I was rush to ER because of intense pain in my lower back , I passed out twice before my parents took me ER. after giving me pain reliever and then examining me for a couple of weeks, the doctor concluded I have sciatica. Sciatica at age 30! I know my lifestyle has been very sedentary but to be honest, I never really like any exercise. For me they are all too hard and I get discourage then I am not able to finish them. Then a friend sent me a link to your videos. Ever since then, this is the only channel I go to when I needed stretch or any gentle exercises. I think because of all your encouraging words I am able to finished the videos without feeling discourage! I hope you never stop talking on your videos. I realized I am the same as you in I need to know I why I need to do all of these exercises. It helps me stay motivated.

this is my first time on her channel and she made me cry so hard while doing her work out... i felt every word.. it is so hard and it is so easy to lose hope... but then we see women like Jessica here and it just gives you that boost to keep your head up.. thank you so much.🤍

I finally got to try this routine, oh my it'll save me from doing prison time, because I'm fuming because of my work/boss. I really thought I'd need to get a new job to save my shoulder. I already feel an immense pain relief, like I can push myself up when getting out of bed. It's just the last exercise I can't do, I don't feel pain, my body just says "nope, no can do". Ah I'm excited! Thank you so much ❤

I have found hypopressives to be the best exercises for pelvic floor strength. It takes about 3 months to really see results but I went from leaking all the time to being pad free! I felt I got my life back. Recommend Hypopressives with Alice she’s a great teacher. I was doing kegals for years 3x a day and they still did not prevent leaking!
