As always, thanks for the great pattern, demonstration and explanation. Having lead a lot of ladies who get a little dizzy when we lead too many turns in the same direction, the whip with the outside turn is more likely to be appreciated by some follows. That version starts with an inside turn (before the whip) and ends with an outside turn (after the whip). Having watched you two do both, the outside turn version looks cooler - a nice bonus :) Given the choice I'd likely lead both, but I would base it on my follow.

I can see that. With only 2 hands and 2 feet, there’s only so much stuff you can do. There will always be similarities.
