I know this video it is not new, but, any new evidence or recommendations for fasting and endurance training (marathons) ?

Hey thanks for the comment! I don't know what all exactly said in the video, but I wanted to give you a quick reply 🙂 If anything I've come around to eating more during training, specifically during long runs. I've come across more research and more anecdotal evidence from the runners I coach that better fueling of long runs especially is simply going to have you running better during those key workouts and recovering better afterwards, which is simply going to lead to feeling great overall. In general as I may have said during the video I think that for easy and short runs that take place in the morning probably okay to not eat until afterward if you want to, that's often what I do.
